1. Prep: Clean your nails and gently push back cuticles
2. Size:  Choose the correct size for each nail
3. Apply Tabs: Place adhesive tabs or glue, then press firmly
4. Press On: Align at the cuticle and hold for 10–20 seconds
5. Done: Avoid water for 1 hour for best results

Tip: Removing air bubbles and pressing at a 45° angle (step 3) are the two keys to long-lasting wear.
